【Important Request When Making Reservations】
Please ensure you enter the full name, age, and weight for every passenger. (Incomplete information may prevent boarding.)
※Passengers under 18 years old cannot board without an accompanying adult. At least one adult must be present on the flight.
※Infants under 2 years old (under 3 years old) may travel on an accompanying adult's lap at no additional charge, up to one infant per flight. When traveling with an infant under 2 years old (under 3 years old), please ensure to include the infant's name, age, and weight in the remarks section during booking.
For safety reasons, this service imposes a total weight limit of 180kg per flight. Passengers whose combined weight exceeds 180kg will not be permitted to board. Please understand this in advance.
Additionally, the weight capacity per seat is limited to 120kg. For safety reasons, passengers exceeding 120kg will not be permitted to board.
Please note that if the weight declared differs from the actual weight and boarding is denied on the day of the flight, no refund will be issued. Therefore, we request you declare your accurate weight. We kindly ask that you understand and agree to the above conditions before making your reservation.
【Regarding the Weight of Carry-on Baggage Allowed on Board】
Due to aircraft weight restrictions, each passenger is allowed approximately 2kg (backpack or handbag). (During the helicopter flight, luggage must be stored under the seat.)

Items that may pose a danger or inconvenience to the aircraft, personnel, or cargo are prohibited from air transport by law.

- Individuals who are heavily intoxicated
- Persons attempting to broadcast from the cabin
- Persons refusing to comply with the captain's instructions
- Persons who have dived within the past 24 hours

【Meeting Time】 Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled boarding time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late from your scheduled boarding time, we may have to refuse boarding. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals. We kindly ask that you arrive with ample time to spare.
【Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions】
- Flights may be canceled at the captain's discretion due to weather conditions or other factors.
- Flights are generally canceled in case of rain or poor visibility.
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather.
- Flights may be canceled at short notice due to aircraft malfunctions or other issues. Full refunds will also be provided in such cases. ※ If a cancellation occurs due to weather or other reasons, we will notify you via email and SMS as soon as the cancellation is confirmed.
