Blue Mobility Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our company") has established the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of bookers (as defined in Article 3 of the Terms of Service) and other users of our services (hereinafter referred to as "users").

Article 3 (Management and Protection of Personal Information)

1 Personal information shall be managed with strict care, and data will not be disclosed or provided to third parties without the user’s consent, except in the following cases:

1 When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining the user’s consent is difficult.

2 When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children, and obtaining the user’s consent is difficult.

3 When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, local government, or an entity entrusted by them to perform duties as prescribed by law, and obtaining the user’s consent may hinder the performance of such duties.

2 Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if a booker uses our services, we may provide all or part of the booker’s personal information (including the booker’s name, address, phone number, email address, physical information, and other personal information provided to us) to affiliated air transport operators (as defined in Article 3 of the Terms of Service, hereinafter referred to as "affiliated operators").

3 Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, we may provide users' personal data to third parties for purposes such as analyzing browsing history, compiling statistical data, and improving or enhancing our services.

Article 4 (Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information)

 We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the intended purpose of use. In such cases, we will thoroughly evaluate the qualifications of the subcontractor and establish provisions regarding confidentiality obligations in the contract. Furthermore, we will provide the necessary and appropriate supervision of the subcontractor.

Article 5 (Shared Use of Personal Information)
We may share users' personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the intended purposes.

1 To allow affiliated air transport operators (as defined in Article 3 of the Terms of Service) to identify the booker when providing flight-related services through our services.
2 To respond to requests for necessary information from third parties other than affiliated air transport operators (such as advertisers, payment processing companies, and credit card companies) to provide services to the booker as a result of the booker using our services.

We receive these analytical results from Google to understand user visit trends to our site.

Users can stop the collection of their information via Google Analytics by disabling Google Analytics in their browser's add-on settings.
To disable Google Analytics, users can download and install the "Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on" from Google's opt-out add-on download page and change the add-on settings in their browser.
